Gmail Organization Agent
A personal productivity agent for email triage, categorization, and automated response workflows — with human oversight and override controls built in.
Inbox triage is one of those tasks that's individually trivial and collectively enormous — no single email takes long to deal with, and the sum of all of them eats a real part of the day. This is a personal experiment in letting an agent handle the sorting and first-pass categorization, while keeping every actual response and decision under explicit human control.
Triage & Categorization
Automated sorting of incoming email by type and priority, so the inbox reflects what actually needs attention first.
Drafted, Not Sent
Response workflows generate draft replies for review — nothing goes out without a human reading it first.
Override Controls
Every categorization and draft can be corrected, and corrections feed back into how future email gets handled.
Read-Only Scopes
Built with the narrowest permissions the task actually needs — no broader inbox access than triage requires.
A personal, ongoing experiment, not a packaged product. It's mostly useful as a small, low-stakes place to practice the same human-in-the-loop principle that runs through Project Sagebrush and the AI Throughput research at large — just applied somewhere the mistakes are cheap.
